IFC Benefits

Membership definitely has its privileges. You're invited to become a member of the Independent Filmmakers Coalition of Kansas City, Missouri.
And here is sample of some of the benefits you will receive for your $25 annual membership dues:

Equipment Rental Discounts: Minimal rental fee is charged for IFC light kits, sound equipment, film projectors and more;; plus members receive discounts on equipment from local IFC-friendly businesses.
Movie Ticket Discounts: Show your membership card at the Tivoli, Glenwood, Rio and Screenland movie theaters to get ticket discounts on both matinee and evening shows.

IFC Festival Entry Discounts: Get a membership discount on entry fees for IFC film festivals, including the Bentleys, Comedy Art Fest, One Night Stand and Every Picture Tells a Story.
Free Admission: Members get in free to KC Filmmakers Jubilee Indy Showcase and

IFC Showcase films.

Financial Production Assistance: If you qualify, IFC's Panic Button provides production assistance including budget development, grant matching and grant writing assistance, and fiscal sponsorship. www.producerspanicbutton.org.
Plus: By networking and taking advantage of IFC workshops, seminars and film festivals, you get:

• a chance to learn film production or be in a production;
• a potential source of labor and knowledge to make your own film; and
• an audience for your films, including those entered in our annual festivals.
